I think it’s an Aeroflots card.

It must be from a Russian, or better to say ex-USSR airline, but definitely not Aeroflot. Aeroflot has (and used to have) branded safety cards, and I am not sure if Aeroflot ever had Boeing 737-200 in its fleet.
I will try to find out the origin of this card.
